Upon providing us with your insurance information, we will take the initiative to contact MetLife Dental PPO (MetLife Dental PPO Dual Coverage) insurance and your second insurance carrier on your behalf. We will request and gather the necessary details regarding your policy from both insurance providers. Rest assured that we will have your insurance data readily available when you arrive for your initial appointment.
During your comprehensive consultation, Dr. Hiep Pham will conduct a thorough examination and discuss his findings and recommendations with you. You will develop a bespoke treatment plan based on your precise dental needs and goals.
Once your treatment is completed, our insurance coordinator will submit your dental claim to the primary dental carrier.
