Post operative instructions for Fluoride

• 1- Dont eat or drink after the treatment for at least 30 minutes to an hour. This gap allows the fluoride to stick to your teeth for better results.


• 2- Avoid oral hygiene for 4 to 6 hours after the process. It includes avoiding brushing, flossing, or rinsing. So, it could not wash the treatment and stick to your teeth for a bit longer, resulting in having the most benefit from it.


• 3- Avoid sticky and chewy foods like candies and extremely hot beverages for the rest of the day after the process. The sticky candy can take the whole fluoride with it, and you will not receive the most benefits from your treatment. It's better to avoid these hard gummies in whole but at least for the day after your procedure.


• 4- Drinking a good amount of water to keep yourself hydrated contributes a lot to oral health

5- If you are noticing symptoms like swollen, rashes, or pain in the tooth or gums, it means something is wrong and you should consult us. This happens rarely. But if you feel these symptoms, let us know.
