Eating a banana? Simple right? Nobody thinks of radiation and all that while this sweet fruit. But we are getting radiation from it in the form of potassium in it. Similarly, X-rays produce a relatively the same amount of radiation as eating a few bananas. Yes! We never thought this way.

Furthermore, Dental X-rays are only done when it requires medically with full precautions. During the process, follow the strict rules, including wearing lead aprons and thyroid collars and follow all the rules. Also, they must follow the ALARA principle (As Low As Reasonably Achievable).
